My friend Jen (of Honorable Mentions fame) mentioned one of my songs in her journal comic. For those who don’t regularly read her comic, she draws herself as a cat, but Moe is actually a cat. Moe is not a fan of my songwriting.

I have decided to record a song every week for 2010. I’m going to follow the lead of my friends The Honorable Mentions, who did this in 2009, and not be overly strict on the rules. I will try to post a new song every Friday, but if I miss a deadline I’ll catch up rather than give up. Not all of the songs will be recorded as The Nemesis, I will include collaborations (with tow knee chavez, The Bad Felt, and probably a new project or two). Most of the songs will probably be originals, but there will be some covers and possibly remixes included as well.
